Fail...

Yet again, I have failed at consistently working out. I really need to get my butt in gear and get a move on. I need more discipline. We were watching Biggest Loser last night and my husband said that he needs to lose 50 pounds. He's right, he does. So do I. Of course, when I asked him what we were going to do about that, our son slid off his lap and threw up all over him and the chair... perfect timing. Poor kid, he's never thrown up before and it scared the heck out of him. Freaked daddy out too...

I also did my Biggest Loser workouts in there too. I had my weigh in today... lost... 0 pounds. Zero. None. Nada. At least it wasn't a gain, but it's still disappointing with all the work I did this week. I've been watching what I eat, but apparently I need to watch it more. I'm sticking with the Special K cereal for breakfast/lunch this whole next week.

I am without a doubt an emotional/boredom eater. What's the first thing I wanted to do when I saw I didn't lose anything? Have a piece (or a dozen) of chocolate.
